CTC CANCELLATION POLICIES

CTC is proud to offer the industry’s most accommodating cancellation policies for your convenience.

If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to your CTC sales representative. The timestamp of when your email requesting cancellation was received will be honored for whether or not your request meets the free cancellation window.

STOCK PRODUCTS:

• Stock products qualify for free cancellation only if canceled within 24 hours of order entry.
  
• After 24 hours of order entry, canceled stock products will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

BUILT-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS:

• Built-to-order products qualify for free cancellation only if canceled within 24 hours of order entry.
• After 24 hours of order entry, canceled built-to-order products will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

PRIVATE-LABEL PRODUCTS:

• Private-label products qualify for free cancellation only if canceled within 24 hours of order entry.
• After 24 hours of order entry, canceled private-label products will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

• Custom products are quoted and built specifically to the requirements of the customer, which may include completely custom product design or private-labeled versions of standard products for OEM customers. Custom products are non-cancellable at any time after the order is placed.

EXPEDITE PRODUCTS:

• Expedite orders are non-cancelable at any time after the order is placed.

RETURN POLICIES

CTC is proud to offer the industry’s most accommodating return policies for your convenience.

If you wish to return an order, please reach out to your CTC sales representative. The date when your email requesting a return was received will be honored for whether or not your request meets the refund window.

STOCK PRODUCTS:

• May be returned for a 25% restocking fee if returned in new and unused condition within 90 days of shipment. (Epoxy kits are non-returnable and do not qualify for refunds).

BUILT-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS:

• Are built to exact customer specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

PRIVATE-LABEL PRODUCTS:

• Are non-returnable and non-refundable.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

• Are non-returnable and non-refundable.

SAMPLE PRODUCTS:

• Are non-returnable and non-refundable.

EXPEDITE PRODUCTS:

• Expedite orders are non-returnable at any time.

RESALE PRODUCTS:

• These products are subject to the return policy of their manufacturer. Please contact CTC should you wish to return one of these items.

CHANGE TO ORDER POLICIES

Requests to add items, remove items, or adjust the item quantity of items in an order that has already been placed will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on where your order is in the production process at the time of the request.

If you wish to change an order, please reach out to your CTC sales representative for additional instructions and information on changing your order.

Please note: Built-to-order products, private-label products, custom products, and expedite products orders cannot be changed after the order is placed.
