Participation Guidelines

The Connect to Confidence Program is open to first-time CTC customers only (end users buying direct or through distributors).

Limit of one replacement sensor and one compatible cordset per company location (A cordset includes 1 cable and 2 connectors).

International Customers: In order to reduce the shipping expense for our International Customers, we ask that you send your competitive sensor and cordset to your closest authorized CTC distributor. From there, the authorized distributor will work with CTC to source your free replacement. International customers will be responsible for return shipping costs associated with the free replacement product.

Domestic Customers: Competitive product must be sent to CTC corporate headquarters (whether it be sent from the end user or through a distributor). CTC will cover the cost of return freight to all US locations.

Specific comparable CTC replacement products may be requested if desired. The decision of which replacement part will be issued is ultimately at the discretion of CTC.

Do not ship anything to CTC until you have received an official RMA authorization provided by a CTC sales representative or CTC Authorized Distributor.

Terms

Competitor products sent to CTC for the Connect to Confidence Program will not be returned to the customer. 

If incorrect products are shipped to CTC for the Connect to Confidence Program, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges. If the customer fails to arrange for the return of the incorrect product within 30 days of receipt by CTC, the product will be discarded by CTC.
