E2X Upgrade Information

E2X has been upgraded and will no longer be an available option on the part builder. The new versions of the E2X are compatible with all armored cables when the total cable length is equal to the armor cable length (meaning the connector is molded onto the armor). The new E2X versions are also labeled specifically for either Dual Output or Biaxial sensors for clarification:

E2XA - 2 Channel BNC Jack Connector for Dual Output Temperature & Acceleration Sensors

The TMP line features vibration analysis hardware for research and development. All TMP products are backed by a five-year warranty on materials & workmanship for standard sensors and a two-year warranty for all accessories, cables, connectors, and custom & private-labeled products.

All stock products qualify for a full refund if returned in new condition within 90 days of shipment. Build-to-order products qualify for a 50% refund if returned in new condition within 90 days of shipment. Custom products are quoted and built specifically to the requirements of the customer, which may include completely custom product designs or private-labeled versions of standard products for OEM customers. Custom products ordered are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
