CTC introduces its innovative ProcessDefense Automated Vibration Monitoring Solution which integrates the advanced features of the PMX1500 Series Vibration Relay & Display System with a newly added stack light feature. This comprehensive solution harnesses the power of CTC's Loop Power Sensors to trigger alarms and shut down machinery based on the amplitude of the overall vibration within a selected frequency range, to protect critical machinery and processes from excessive vibration and catastrophic failure.

How It Works
CTC's Loop Power Vibration Sensors harness the power of CTC's 4-20 mA technology to generate a current signal proportional to the overall vibration of the equipment being monitored. Loop Power Vibration Sensors are widely appreciated for their cost-effectiveness and ability to transmit signals over long distances without signal loss. Every CTC Loop Power Vibration Sensor is customer-configurable to focus on the measurement range and frequency that is crucial for your machinery.

Sensor cabling from installed Loop Power Vibration Sensors can be terminated in a PMX1500 Series Enclosure with Stack Light. Once the cabling is connected, the relays on the front of the PMX1500 Series Enclosure will display the overall values from sensor inputs and can be programmed to alarm and/or shut down the machine if the machine's vibration exceeds preset values.
