INTRODUCING REVOLUTIONARY WIRELESS CONDITION MONITORING SOLUTIONS

Changing the way the industry does wireless

WHAT IS CTC CONNECT?

CTC Connect is a line of wireless machine condition monitoring hardware for dynamic vibration signal or overall vibration signal with digital data transmission, designed specifically for the needs of software integrators.

The CTC Connect Ecosystem offers you the highest-quality wireless hardware system on the market, with industry-leading sensor line-of-sight range, and is designed for integration with third-party vibration analysis software.

The Connect Line offers secure, accurate, and durable wireless machine condition monitoring solutions including sensors, gateways, and basic web app to track vibration on one axis, three axes, or for process control monitoring. All sensor options come with a built-in temperature output. Our wireless products work together to make your data collection and analysis quick, easy and safe by allowing you to complete your route remotely anytime, anywhere.

CTC ConnectSens Wireless Sensors communicate via Bluetooth® wireless technology which can be picked up by CTC’s ConnectBridge Wireless Gateway. Gateways are powered and connected to your plant’s network via an ethernet connection, allowing for a continuous stream of data each time a reading is taken from a sensor. Gateways can be used with an unlimited number of any combination of WS100, WS200, and/or WS300 Sensors within range, with 20 concurrent connections.

Our complimentary ConnectView Web App comes preloaded on the ConnectBridge Gateway and provides basic vibration monitoring management tools and device management options like WS200 and WS300 sensor configuration (please note, WS100 is factory configurable only), battery level information, and more. The web app runs off your own network so you can control your data and your security. Data can be stored locally so you always own your data, without hidden or recurring fees! When used with third-party vibration analysis software, our wireless sensors and gateway can be harnessed for advanced data analysis that meets your specific needs.

Why Choose CTC Connect Wireless Solutions?

Superior Sensor Construction

CTC ConnectSens Wireless Sensors have been engineered by the industry’s leading provider of quality vibration analysis hardware for over 30 years. Our sensors harness the power of MEMS sensing technology, popularly used for wireless sensors due to its low power consumption and small form factor. Our experts have designed these sensors to create the best possible output within a ruggedized enclosure.

All CTC Wireless Sensors are designed to last for years in the field when operating under standard operating conditions (see datasheet for battery life specifics). However, when the battery life is used up, there is no need to buy a new sensor - all ConnectSens Wireless Sensors feature user-replaceable Lithium Thionyl Chloride Primary Battery packs.

Improved Route Efficiency and Analyst Safety

With CTC Connect solutions, you can run your route from your desk or anywhere else, at any time. Stop spending time physically accessing sensors on your machinery for regular readings, and make quick work of monitoring machines in large, spread-out spaces or in multiple buildings with a wireless connection! Our ConnectView Web App offers basic vibration monitoring management tools and device management options. Keep your analysts away from dangerous, hard-to-reach machinery and maximize safety by empowering your team to take remote readings.
