CTC offers 25 mm proximity probe systems, also known as eddy current probe systems, with optional hazardous area certifications, including Class 1 Division 1/Zone 1 and Class 1, Division 2. Designed for operation in hazardous zones, these PRO Line proximity probes, extension cables, and drivers provide precise measurements of shaft displacement in fluid film bearings, even in environments with ignition risks. These probes are fully compliant with API 670 Standards and can effectively monitor displacement gaps from 25 to 525 mils. They are available in system lengths of 5 meters and 9 meters to accommodate a variety of industrial applications.
Popular for use in the power, oil, and gas industries, CTC’s hazardous-area-approved 25 mm PRO Line proximity probe systems are built for exceptional durability and reliability. These systems integrate seamlessly with all standard condition monitoring software, including Alta Solutions, Bently Nevada, TWave, and more, ensuring robust machinery protection and performance monitoring.
