FFV HAZARDOUS-AREA APPROVED PROXIMITY PROBE SETS

CTC offers FFV proximity probe systems, also known as eddy current probe systems, with optional hazardous area certifications including Class 1 Division 1/Zone 1 and Class 1, Division 2. Designed for intrinsically safe operation, these PRO Line proximity probes, extension cables, and drivers ensure highly accurate shaft vibration and displacement measurements in fluid film bearing machinery, even in environments where ignition risks are present. Fully compliant with API 670 Standards, these probes effectively monitor displacement gaps ranging from 10 to 70 mils. Available in system lengths of 1 meter, 5 meters, 7 meters, and 9 meters, they provide versatile solutions for various industrial applications, from compressors to turbines.

» $2,500 NRE fee (discount exempt)
» Customer must supply the material for CTC to machine (CTC will provide required dimensions once the project is initiated)
» Initial order requirement of 10 proximity probe drivers calibrated to that target, with no MOQ on subsequent orders
